myVAILLANT connect is compatible with all Vaillant eBUS appliances from 2006 onwards, including our heat pump range. Not only is this perfect for a new installation but also for upgrading your current system to ensure effective energy management.
- With a myVaillant smart home system, you can manage your Vaillant appliance through the ease of a smart phone*, set routines easily and offer true home comfort, while keeping energy costs under control. Plus, added peace of mind with myVAILLANT connect Smart Home Subscriptions.
- A password for the myVaillant app must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 of each: an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, numerical digit and a special character. The password will be set as part of creating your myVaillant account.
- The myVAILLANT connect can be used with boilers, heat pumps and hybrid systems and paired with Vaillant thermostats from basic wireless thermostats to multizone control. No matter what your system, this gateway can offer you connectivity.
- The myVAILLANT connect can be mounted below the new ecoTEC plus range and doesn’t need a nearby plug, making installations tidier and simpler.
- Integrate your simple single zone systems with Apple HomeKit giving you more options on how you can interact with your heating system and add it to your smart home.
- If you would like to submit any query, security concern or feedback, please use the ‘send feedback’ function in the app. To access the ‘send feedback’ function, select the settings in the bottom left of the app screen and you will see ‘send feedback’. Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the myVaillant account.
